I chose BestGlaze to fit a lightweight roofing system to my existing conservatory from the information provided on the roofing spec., price and degree of professionalism shown. I signed the order during April and knew that there would be a couple of months wait at least at this difficult time. Jay of Bestglaze kept me informed of scheduling and the work was completed by the end of June. I was very impressed with the workmanship and staff who came to do the fitting and with the fact that Jay would always answer any query I had within an hour or so. I would recommend this company for any similar job as I am very pleased with the result.

It started with a leak! So we contacted several conservatory/glazing companies and Bestglaze (a family run business) were the only one to reply, Jay came out to see us and gave us a price to fix it, we had also been toying with the idea of a tiled roof and Ultraroof was an option, Bestglaze just happened to be the authorised installers so we also got a quote for that as well. Then the wife wanted new doors (sigh) so we had a new quote to include doors……and windows lol. Jay helped and advised us all the way without any pressure that you would get with a “Rep” anyhow we went for it. We are extremely pleased with the end result and the work involved was a lot more than we expected, Jay, Tom and team certainly earned their wages! If you are thinking of a new roof go for Ultraroof with Bestglaze! well worth it.

Having decided to renew my aging conservatory, and after a search on line, I gave the job to Best Glaze. The job is now completed and very much to my satisfaction in every respect. Disposal of the old, measurement of the new and installation all carried out in minimum time. Jay, Tom, Steve and Harry were punctual, friendly and skilled. It was a pleasure to have them on my project and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I would say Jay and the team were good. Although if I did say that, I would be telling a lie. Instead, they were absolutely first class. It’s been a real pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. Great communication, good banter and all fairly priced. Although most importantly, their workmanship is second to none as well. The roof of my aluminium conservatory has leaked for some time. Best Glaze responded immediately to my initial phone call, arrived promptly and impressed with their professional approach to the problem. The work, which involved chasing new lead flashing into the cob wall of an old Cornish cottage, was carried out to a high standard. When this did not completely solve the problem Best Glaze returned on a couple of occasions to deal with other issues. Now the conservatory is leak-free and has been fully tested by the recent appalling weather! It has been a pleasure to meet Jay, Tom and Steve. When looking for a company to help with a broken window, I did a bit of research before making contact with a couple of local companies. Best Glaze had very good reviews but not only that they were very helpful from the very first phone call I made. Jay turned up at every appointment on time and answered all phone calls/emails very quickly. Best Glaze have proven to be very reliable and the service given has been excellent. We contacted best glazeto look at a 5 year old conservatory which was leaking. Jay and Tom quickly explained the reason for the problems and e booked them to do the work. The seemed very knowledgeable compared to other companies. We went for a partial solid roof plug two roof windows. We were very happy with the work carried out. We were very happy with the work carried out and amazing results. Conservatory is now dry and comfortably warm with new sills and guttering. It is like a extension of hour house. All work was carried out without serious mess and our lawn was carefully covered against damage. And unsuitable supporting wall replaced and insulated.
